Spending £100 in the services was a joke. Apart from that, nothing unusual. Enjoyed watching attilas boggo MX5 get past every VR4 on track bar one. Amo's car was good. A good little 3 car battle on the first session when that mental white evo went out. Drifting was pretty poor compared to last year which was a shame. WestypeR's Civic is pretty damn quick overtaking on motorway. Jocks R32 shifts and flames nice when blasting it. Darren has a cheeky grin when he flies past. young chav's kids are annoying. Getting up at the same time 4 days in a week is knackering. Time attack cars not being around was dissapointing. Will decided to come out the closet and finally and admit it. The MX5 is too low. Carbotech XP8's seem to be getting used by everyone serious. Ray's Gram lights are the daddies. Castle Combe Marshalls have got quicker! The Bracknell way is quicker then M4. So many people only go to Japfest that I haven't seen for years which is nice. Castle Combe track still ... |

Thought you guys might find this interesting:
Bruntingthorpe Aerodrome and Proving Ground is a privately owned airport in Leicestershire near the village of Bruntingthorpe. It was opened as RAF Bruntingthorpe in 1942.
The United States Air Force used Bruntingthorpe during the 1950s and 1960s as a heavy bomber base. The base became privately owned in 1972, developing into grounds suitable for high-performance car testing. Various circuits are available, utilising the former runway, just under 2 miles (3 km) long.
A Cold War aircraft museum also exists on-site, holding over a dozen jets used in various roles during the era. The museum is open on Sundays, and the aircraft will sometimes be brought out and run down the runway for special occasions. The most notable aircraft at the aerodrome is the Avro Vulcan XH558, that has been restored to airworthy condition. The first flight of the restored aircraft took place at Bruntingthorpe on 18 October 2007. It is planned to fly the Vulc ... |

I just got back. I thought it was a very good show. Seamed to have a really nice atmosphere and had a massive range of cars. The weather held out too, and there was a lot to see on track and cars on display.
I was slightly surprised how popular over the top fibre glass body kits on hatch backs still are though, I thought stuff had moved on a bit in the last few years. There was a lot of more interesting Jap and performance cars there also. I enjoyed the two EDC Drift displays.
Did anyone else go.

| I went last yeah for the first time in about 5 years and though nothing of it, it's alright if you want to walk around and dream about cars that are almost impossible to own but apart from that bit of a wast of money imo. |

Vestax have been trying for years to design a turntable to supercede the Technics.
To be honest they probably have, but it's now set in stone that Technics are industry standard and always will be.
You're right Stu, it's amazing how an electronic product can dominate it's market for 20 years |
