The non starting fault turned out to be the camshaft sensor. Took the car to RC Developments in Chester last week for a remap - they found the actuator had split so we had to have a new one fitted. After the 16th dyno run we called it a day at 344.5bhp at 4100rpm and 352lf/ft torque at 6100rpm. Turns out the wastgate flap has worn into the body on the turbo so we have just bought an Evo 9 GSR 80 series (10.5 hotside) only used for 5k miles for £550, also got the metal bov valve thrown in as well. Should then be up near 350-360 bhp.
