if you are using a japspeed piepe kit i'm happy to measure mine up

or i can forward you a pick of the location which would be easier for you to work it out. The hole i cut was only 8mm larger than the pipe and if you check the fit its nice and snug. I just used a picture as a guide to start and then did the measure ments from there.

that'll be an issue wth your image hosting then Rolling Eyes

anyways - good old photobucket - but would suggest saving as i delete alot of images i don't want to keep...

top measurements are to the shortest point.

the lower ones are ging to the centre fold point whi you can see (easiet way i could measure).
Anyways - the measurements are all to the pipe not the hold so when you have cut/drilled it will either be very tight or possibly too small. I did this on mine to keep the gap to a minimum and then filed it out as required - though i didn't need to do that much.

don't forget to seal the edes with paint once sorted and line with some fuel line or some decent boost hose to protect it. assuming it is the same kit i have with the same angle etc etc the mount you have on the pipe should fit perfectly to the left most mounting hole as seen below...

hope that helps
