Hello all!

New to the site, was recommended by a member of the MR2 owners club about the club. I own a 1987 MR2 mark 1 tbar, love it to bits though its showing its age and needs a load of stuff done. Wouldn't mind saving up for a V6 conversion in the future.

I don't actually live in the area but I will be moving down in a couple of weeks. I was born in Chichester but moved away about ten years ago to the west country. Now im moving back but probably going to be looking for places near Brighton, but not in Brighton!

A bit cheeky as its my first post but does anyone have any recommendations for places to look for? Im looking for an easy commute into Brighton centre, either car or train not fussed. Was thinking about Worthing / Shoreham etc. Are they any good to live in? Not having been in the area for ages I have no idea. Smile

Wow long post!

Cheers,

-wolfman

welcome Smile

I recommend saltdean, the otherway from worthing, but it depends what you're looking for.

Saltdean is sleepy, no chavs or anything, but if you're renting there's very very few flats here, mainly bungalows or houses.

Brighton is 5 mins along the road Smile

Here is a pic of my car in its current state, needs work on it, though I don't plan on doing much to the exterior except cure the inevitable rust patches! Smile

Not decided on a location yet, think Worthing is looking like a good contender at the moment! Smile
