Came off my car back in May, Andy has shown me that the flange is warped, only by 1mm but it's enough to lose pressure. Even with a gasket it couldn't quite block it up, hence the 2835 that's on my car now Very Happy

I can't be assed to try and sell it properly because of this issue.

I'm sure there's someone out there that can sort the flange out by filing it down.

a bargain @ £15 Thumbs Up!

if no one wants it from SJC, it's going in the bin.

Laughing Laughing nah mate not selling my new turbo, this is my gangsta nylon bladed standard one.

I was told that to file it down there is too much risk of beep going inside the turbo...

I'll bring it down with me on the first meet of next yearn so you can check it out Thumbs Up! Thumbs Up!

i wouldn't face it with a file,
setting it up in a cnc mill or better still a proper surface grinder would be wicked.
just have to block it up as best you can and blow it out properly with an air line Thumbs Up!
