We have decided to try and sell our flat to buy a house so if anyone is interested drop me a pm for more details. It’s being advertised in the estate agents from the start of next week and I will add a link.

Its very near the sea front and the town centre (about 300m to both) it has off road parking for 2 cars.
It’s a very good size Victorian 1st floor 1 bed flat, it has recently been decorated though out. Its got some nice original features like; nice fireplace, sash Windows, high ceilings, cornicing etc.
The lounge/dinner/kitchen is open plan and quite a big room with a bay window the kitchens less than a year old.
It has a good sized bath room with a corner bath and electric shower.
The bed room is quite large and has real wood floor boards.
It has use of a communal garden.

Can’t think of what else to say other than we are selling for £140k which is on the low side of its value, in hope of a quick sale, to the house we want to buy.

Get your self on the property ladder mate, much better than renting. Indecently 100% mortgage would cost about £550 a month doubt you could rent anything similar for much less anyway.

Getting really fed up with estate agents already (keep getting details wrong) had a couple of offers so far but holding out for a good price.
