I believe it's 30 cars per session, if we don't make the number I'm sure we can all book into the same session and just have a few strays in with us. Either that or each of us pay a bit extra and have a few less cars out there or buy the whole session and sell spare spaces to other clubs. Cool

Sweet. That sounds better! I just google searched a post on GTIROC and they had 30 car space but one morning and afternoon session. We'll be able to find out for sure all the details and pricing etc 100% in January. Thumbs Up!

The date has now been confirmed as 17th May 2008.
I have asked for a 20 car stand and also a track session.
What I'll probably end up doing to save time and guarantee us what we want I'll pay for the stand space. (If they want people to buy tickets to allocate spaces) Then you lot can buy them off me (for the same price).
Same aswell for the tracktime as some people probably won't want to buy their time now incase their car breaks etc.

Sounds cool Very Happy

On another note, is this being opened up to non-paid members or will it just be to paid-up members out of interest!?

Just priority to paid members, up to Dan though as he's organising it Smile

Cheers. I think it would be best to give priority to the paid members first and then if everyone is in who wants to be and we haven't got the numbers then open it up to all?
