just downloaded this from the JAE website....

June 6th 2008
Japanese Auto Extravaganza 2008
We hope you had a chance to read the previous announcements for JAE 2008.

With a new venue and a better time of the year and now over three days - and WITHOUT INCREASING THE PRICE - JAE just got bigger and batter.

You can now set up on the Thursday and enjoy the evening with other early arrivers over a beer or two, or just relax by your tent over a barbecue or get a bite from the catering vans. Whatever you do, make sure you make the most of the weekend! Friday is still good for set up, but don't be late as it will start to get very busy early on.

We have changed the layout to make it far more club friendly for all the traders and the new central trade area - outdoor and covered (see trader page)- is right by the Show n Shine and the Activity Arena. For more information: http://www.japcarclub.com

Club and Trader location choice is on a first come first served basis so be sure to book early. You can download the booking forms and terms/conditions from the JAE website

If you would like more information please contact myself or Glen and we will be happy to assist. Details are as follows:
Office: 08700 109705
or email us straight back at John@the-organisation.org

But I guess more than anything you want to know numbers! Well, so far we have 1960 cars confirmed and over 22,000 square metres of camping space already booked! And if you want to know the clubs that have already booked and paid this might help:

i'm going up thursday pm, leaving home at about 15:30, be there by 17:00, tent setup by 19:00, ready to chill by 20:00..... Thumbs Up!
