Not sure where they come from? Found it when looking how to fit a BOV to a ST185

Thats just a intercooler Confused who the hell would replace a charge cooler and put a intercooler in the same place ! the only upgrade on the gt4 is to fit a front mount intercooler Thumbs Up!

would be alright with a massive bonnet scoop, but the heatsoak in traffic would be atrocious. i've seen people put topmount electric fans on but as will says the only decent upgrade would be a fmic

Aye pointless changing chargecooler for a big topmount!
FMIC is the way forward! Actually, the Chargecooler works pretty well anyway doesn't it? there's a couple of big power cars with chargecoolers still on. Steve Gillies (BETSY on some forums) still runs a chargecooler on his HEAVILY modded 165 rather thena front mount.

Charge cooler works well up to 400bhp but thats because it pumps water to a raditator in the front bumper cooling the air temps down. where a intercooler in the same place above the engine would just heat up making it useless Laughing
