ello!

Not been round here much lately, but, havning decided to keep the RX7 for a while longer, I went on a brands Hatch track day with the MazdaRotary club...

Was my first trackday, and it was awesome... there was some serious kit going round the track at the same time as the RX7's and RX8's from the club.. There was a Noble M12 GTS, a Porsche 911 GT3 RS, a lambo Gallardo, a TVR Cerbera, a Radical, an M3 Touring car and a bunch of caterhams.... as well as some of the 500bhp monsters of the club.

was a great laugh!

yeh, surprisingly... had a new set of coilovers fitting literally a couple of days before, so was a totally different ride...

Go very hot very quickly though and I could only stay out for a few laps at a time... really need to sort out the air flow into the engine bay for next time...

Took my brother - his first time in a Rex.. he spun it on Paddock Hill bend LOL.... luckily onto the grass and not the gravel though!

Did you get the wheels refurbed in the end?

Not suprised he spun it with that diff in it Laughing

Jason cleaned them before giving it back... much better job than I've been able to do... not refurbed them yet no... something else always pops up with it needing the money spent on it. Rolling Eyes

Yeah, it was great... such a small circuit Brands though... was surprised how tight it is, not really much scope to really open her up, and quite hilly.

wanna do some drifting at some point too.
